This mobile, explosion-proof (Ex II 3G) laboratory system is designed for mixing, drying, coating, and spray granulation with batch sizes of up to 2–6 kg.
Filling and emptying are carried out pneumatically with the aid of a filling or emptying nozzle.
- Underbed spray system using a peristaltic hose pump with 2 pump heads.
- Monobloc supply air treatment unit can be set up separately.
- Ball coater laboratory system as basis.
- External compressed air is required.
