LOCK MET 30+ metal detector
This compact device can detect and reject metal contamination by ferrous, non-ferrous and non-magnetic metals in tablets / capsules on-line directly in the outlet of tablet presses / capsule filling machines.
- electronic control unit is mounted on a "Krämer rack"
- Inlet height: approx. 140 cm
- plastic chute: 95 x 22 mm
- a strong, homogeneous, electromagnetic field is disturbed by any metal inclusions in the product and the contaminated product is automatically ejected without interrupting the product flow
- Sensitivity: 0.15 mm sphere Ø at a
- Capacity: max. 600,000 tablets / hour (depending on tablet Ø)
- Sensitivity is adjustable and can be adapted to different products
