The control of products and raw materials are indispensable in the pharmaceutical but also in the food industry. Therefore, inspection equipment is used for the various production processes.

In the production of ampoules and vials, these are checked for particles and damage to the object by special fully or semi-automatic inspection machines (Seidenader, Brevetti, Bosch).

In solida production, the tablets or capsules are checked for metallic residues with metal detectors or for damage with read-out belts.

In the case of tablets, tablet hardness, thickness and resistance are also frequently tested using special tablet testing equipment (Krämer Checkmaster / Weightmaster).
