This high-shear mixer granulator is suitable for laboratory or small scale use. It is designed for mixing, dispersing and granulating powders and wet granulation.

The machine is arrangef for interchangeable working bowls 10, 25, 50 and 65 litres resulting in a useful working batch capacity up to 20,8 kg depening on product characteristics. All process and recipe aspects are controlled via the HMI operator panel and PLC control. The software is 21 CFR Part 11 according to Glatt EcoView. It is also prepared for WIP Wash in Place with the relevant connections. It is currently offered with two jacketed working bowls and a Glatt EL250 TH mobile lifting device.
