LEWA Inline dilution and dosing systeme
These two mobile dosing systems are designed as an inline dilution and dosing system. It is used for the precise production and feeding of liquid mixtures/buffer solutions directly in the production process without the need for separate mixing containers.
- Dosing range: first unit 60 - 2,100 and second unit 15 - 800 liters/hour.
- Lewa Ecodos - dosing pumps for high-precision dosing of various liquids
- Diaphragm valves and pressure maintaining valves for precise pressure and flow regulation
- Static mixer that homogeneously mixes the supplied media
- Measurement and control technology such as flow meters, pressure sensors, pH and conductivity meters for process monitoring
- Control Operation: Simatic 15 Touch Panel PC 667
- Control: Simatic S7-300
- Data recording: Yokogawa DX 220 P recorder
- Liquid analysis system: Mettler Toledo M 700
