This modern, compact, automatic Tube filling and closing machine is designed to fill and close Plastic, Polythene and Laminate tubes. The machine is fitted with a hot-jaw sealing system with trimming station and a print-mark registration system. The machine has a maximum speed of 3,500 tubes per hour but this may be reduced depending on product characteristics, fill volume and sealing time.

 

Offered with various sets of tube holders and a dosing pump covering 15 to 270 cc. Pumps to cover dosing ranges from 3 to 360 cc can be obtained from the manufacturer.
