This machine is designed to fill and close Ampoules at speeds up to 13,000 per hour, depending on the volumes filled and the characteristics of the product. If fitted with appropriate formats, the design parameters are as follows:

•  Dosing range: 0.20 - 28 ml
•  Max. Object Ø: 23 mm
•  Max. Object height: 150 mm
• Pre and post gassing facility
•  Format parts for processing 1 ml and 2 ml ampoules
•  Dosing pumps covering the dosing range 0.7 - 5.5 ml

The machine also includes a Franz Ziel Laminar Flow Unit
